These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of AdReserves at https://adreserves.com (the "Site"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
You must give a real email address and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including tax rules, when using the Site.

2. Your account

Keep your password, two-factor codes and wallet recovery phrase secret. We will never ask for them.
You are responsible for everything done with your account.
Tell us at our support team straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Surfing and ad credits

Ad credits are earned by viewing member websites in the surf page and can only be used for advertising on the Site.
Ad credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred outside the Site.
Automated surfing, bots, scripts, browser extensions that surf for you, VPN or proxy abuse, and multiple accounts are not allowed.

4. Adpacks and adshares

Adpacks are advertising packages. They include advertising (such as ad credits and banner views) and a share in the Site's advertising program ("adshares").
Adshare returns are only credited for days on which you meet the daily condition shown on your dashboard, and are added 24 hours after the condition is met.
Returns depend on the Site's advertising revenue. They are not guaranteed, and the Site may limit, pause or change returns, packages and conditions at any time. Adpacks are not an investment, security or deposit, and you should only spend what you can afford to lose.
Purchases are final once confirmed, except where these Terms or the law say otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. You must send the exact amount, on the exact network, to the address shown, within the time shown.
Coins sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, after the payment window, or in the wrong amount may not be recoverable. We will try to help but cannot promise to recover them.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Prices may be shown in a base value and converted at the rate shown when you order.

6. Withdrawals

You can request withdrawals of eligible balances to your own wallet. Minimums, fees and limits per coin are shown on the withdrawal page.
Withdrawals are reviewed and paid in batches. We may hold or refuse a withdrawal to protect your account, to check for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it.
You are responsible for giving a correct wallet address for the correct network. Payments sent to an address you gave cannot be reversed.

7. Advertising rules

Ads, websites and banners must not contain or link to:

illegal content, malware, phishing, or sites that break out of the surf frame;
adult content, hate, harassment or violence;
pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or misleading claims;
content that infringes someone else's rights.

Every banner is checked before it goes live. We may reject or remove any ad. Rejected banner orders are refunded to your balance; ads removed for breaking these rules may not be refunded.

8. Referrals

Referral commissions are paid as shown on the referrals page, in the same coin as the purchase that earned them.
Referring yourself, buying through your own referral link with another account, or using spam to promote your link is not allowed.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may warn, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, that are used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. Balances gained by breaking these Terms may be removed. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

10. No warranty, and limits of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and secure but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or third parties, or for more than the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce important changes on the News page or by email. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
