This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AdReserves ("we") collects, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

Account details: username, email address, and your password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in readable form).
Sign-in details: if you use Google, your Google account ID and email; if you use MetaMask, Trust Wallet or another wallet, your public wallet address. We never receive your private keys or recovery phrase.
Activity on the Site: sites viewed in the surf page, ad credits, purchases, balances, transactions, withdrawals, referrals, banners and ads you create.
Payout details: the public wallet addresses you add for withdrawals.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sign-in history and security logs.
Messages you send us, such as support requests.

Why we use it

To run your account and the Site: sign-in, surfing, credits, purchases, returns, withdrawals and referrals.
To keep the Site safe: preventing fraud, bots, multiple accounts and abuse.
To contact you about your account, such as email confirmation, password resets, payments and important updates.
To meet legal and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Blockchain networks: payments and withdrawals are public on the blockchain, including wallet addresses and amounts.
Service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, email sending service and, if you choose it, Google for sign-in. They only receive what they need.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the Site to work:

a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you use the Site;
a "remember me" cookie, if you choose it, for 30 days;
a referral cookie that remembers who invited you, for 30 days.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from other companies.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as accounting and legal rules require.
Sign-in and security logs: 90 days.
Banner and ad records: as long as needed for billing and disputes.

Security

Data is stored on our own server. Passwords are hashed, sensitive settings are encrypted, connections should use HTTPS, and admin access requires two-factor login.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Some records, such as completed transactions, may have to be kept for legal reasons. Write to our support team from the email on your account.

Children

The Site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will announce important changes on the News page.
